SATIPSKI 2010 Has just taken place!

After thirty-four years of Satipski on outdoor artificial slopes it was decided to run the thirty-fifth event on indoor snow. The new Snow Centre which has the slogan “The best Snow this side of the Alps” was an ideal venue. It is a very attractive facility and drew a large number of skiers despite taking place on a Monday. Several new schools came along and hopefully enjoyed the day.

As always Cranmore and Aldwickbury were to the fore. Abbots Hill Junior School and Beechwood Park put local knowledge to good use and there was some very good racing from Surbiton Prep. Gayhurst and The Abbey Junior School.

It was good to see some of the first entrants taking high positions. Fourth place for Knighton House was a particularly good result and probably made the long journey worthwhile.

A very big thank you to all who came and worked so willingly to make the day a success.

2008/2009 Accounts

Online Course 

SATIPS continues to offer this popular on-line  course, in conjunction with The College of Teachers, on the use of Interactive Whiteboards. The 6-module course is practical, teacher-friendly and aims to cover the skills needed to get you up and running with your interactive whiteboard, so far over 250 SATIPS members have taken up this offer.

Successful completion of the course will result in the award of a Certificate of Educational Studies by the College.
